V. CUBRILOVIC AND HIS MEMORANDUM
" THE EXPULSION OF THE ARNAUTS"
Dr. Vaso Cubrilovic, academician of Yugoslavia former political adviser on the monarchic regime, was born in 1897. In 1914 he became member of the New Bosna Serbian nationalist organization. He graduated from the University of Belgrade, in which, since 1930 he has been assistant, docent, and then professor in the Faculty of Philosophy.
After the Second World War, V. Cubrilovic was minister in various departments of the government of FSRY member of the Academy of Sciences and Art of Serbia, secretary of the sciences branch of this academy. He is member of the League of Communists of Yugoslavia. In 1970 he held the post of director of the Institute of Balkanology in Belgrade.
On March 7, 1937, in Belgrade he presented the royal government of Stoyadinovic with his memorandum of "The Expulsion of the Arnauts".
